Is there a setup fee?


No setup fee is required to order from Bawlhogs Photo Custom Gifts! Simply create an account and you're ready to order! No setup fee is required for any of our personalized products. There are no hidden charges. You pay for all the personalized products you want, plus the applicable shipping charge.




How long does it take to get my order?


Production Schedule:(Time it takes to create your order BEFORE it ships)
Generally your order is produced in 1 - 4 business days. Our Business days are M-F excluding legal holidays.
Large or complex orders may take additional production time.

Shipping schedules: (Be sure to add the shipping times to the production times)

Standard shipping is USPS and generally takes 4-7 days.

You may add Priority Mail Service at an additional charge.
-- Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 days.But is not guaranteed.

You may add Express Mail Service at an additional charge.
-- Use Express Mail if you need the package by a certain date.
Instructions for expedited shipping will be available at the checkout page.

What is your shipping and return policy?


Our desire is to make sure you receive a product that you are happy with. If there is a issue, please contact us so we can resolve it quickly. You must submit concerns by emailing us at info@bawlhogs.com within 14 days of the shipped date for your order or within 10 days of receiving your order. All returns must be pre-authorized. We will make every effort to remake the item to your liking. If we fail to or cannot remake the product we will refund 100% of the item cost once we receive the returned item. You may be asked to return the original item before a replacement will be shipped. If we make a mistake we will gladly correct it by shipping you a new corrected product free of charge and may include return lables for the incorrect product. If you have a issue with your order simply contact us. We will help you get the issue corrected. Since custom photo products are one of a kind items, we do not allow returns for misspellings. Please check your spelling carefully when placing your order.

Guarantee

Any item that is damaged in shipment can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.

Should you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please give us a call. After receiving the damaged goods, we will send out a replacement at no charge. When returning the damaged or misprinted merchandise, please do not include any other merchandise in your return shipment.

We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather conditions or carrier’s mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility. We will always do our best to advise concerning potential delays and offer shipping choices where possible.

Proofs

We supply pre-production proofs for all orders once an order has been placed. Please check the proofs carefully for errors. Your order will be personalized using the proofs so please make sure the proofs are reviewed or text errors.

We DO NOT OFFER PMS color matching on any imprinted items. We use a digital process that is extremely accurate. If you provide a sample of the color desired we can usually match it.

We always try to under promise and over deliver. We offer high quality personalized products at a fair price. Our goal is to make your purchase a pleasant experience. If you have a question do not hesitate to ask.

Shipping


Our preferred shipper is USPS. We will ship FedEx if you have an account with them. Shipping is estimated based on weight, dimensions of the parcel and the receivers zip code. We use the shippers service maps to estimate delivery time. We are not responsible for weather or shipper's mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
